Within the framework of the Russian Venture Forum, Ilnur Sadrtdinov, Director of Ijara-Leasing LLC, spoke at a press conference with a presentation of the company, telling about the interim results of its activities. During the report, he noted that Ijara-Leasing is the only organization in Tatarstan that provides leasing services according to Sharia law.
"By the end of 2023, we have concluded contracts for a total amount of 330 million rubles. We have given a good start this year, since the beginning of 2024, another 100 million rubles have been added, " Sadrtdinov said, noting that the amount of existing leasing agreements is 190 million rubles.
To date, in the general structure of the portfolio of Ijara-Leasing LLC, 65% of the leased items are freight transport and special equipment, 30% are passenger vehicles, 5% are equipment.
During the press conference, it was also noted that in April 2024, Ijara-Leasing LLC launched the first Mudaraba partnership financing with Ak Bars Bank. According to Ilnur Sadrtdinov, this tool provides not only an additional impetus for the further development of the company, but, most importantly, takes into account the needs of believers to follow Islamic norms in carrying out financial activities.
